註釋
The objective of the Labour Market Information Strategic Initiative was to answer the need for the development, production, and distribution of high-quality job and career related labour market information, with particular attention to its integration into career counselling in order to support the school-to-work transition. This report presents an evaluation of the Initiative to determine the relevance of its activities, the effectiveness and efficiency of its management and delivery, the key features that made it work well, any limitations to its effectiveness, and whether appropriate processes are in place to plan for the long-term sustainability of Initiative achievements. The evaluation approach involved in-depth interviews with those involved in Initiative delivery and with representatives not involved, such as career counsellors. Evaluation results are presented in sections covering relevance of activities, communication and co-ordination, management and delivery, and sustainability.
