They have been adapted (sometimes badly!) for the stage, motion pictures and television.This book consists of 32 extended excerpts from the Sherlock Holmes stories as Quotation Puzzles (also known as Acrostics). These puzzles are completed by solving definitions and transferring them to the puzzle block which forms the quotation. No knowledge of the stories is required to solve the puzzles.
