No Way Back
註釋"The long-term problem of air pollution in the United States has already been solved. Remaining air pollution concerns are now a near-term problem. Yet policy is being driven by the false assumption that air pollution will rise unless we redouble efforts to reduce it. Consequently, regulators continue to focus on needlessly expensive policies to reduce long-term emissions, such as electric vehicles. In reality, there is no way to stop continued and substantial improvements in air quality. Policymakers should therefore focus on flexible, least-cost measures to more quickly reduce remaining near-term pollution."--BOOK JACKET.
