註釋Consumer behavior may be defined as the study of individuals, groups, and organizations and all the activities associated with the purchase, use, and disposal of goods and services. Consumers are the very reason for which any particular business firm comes into existence and functions. It is the consumer who wants all his needs and wants fulfilled. To do so, an organization is set up for a consumer. Some deep questions that an organization should ponder over include: Who are the consumers of the products and services? Why are these business firms? A number of steps can then be taken upon learning that the customer's behavior can be influenced. This is the unit aimed at the nature, scope, and applications of the customer's behavior. consumers interested in the organization's particular brand while ignoring their competitor's? The biggest question is whether they felt satisfied or not after buying the product. They can feel either of the two, and their behavior after the purchase will be an undeniable reflection of their feelings. Consumer behavior is the most important aspect, carrying practical implications for every other business firm.
