In this book, Windy Dryden focuses on the very brief therapy demonstrations that he does for the REBT Facebook Group. After a brief exposition of the theory and practice of REBT that is particularly relevant to these demonstrations, the transcripts of 13 of these sessions with volunteers are presented with commentary.
