Permanent Employee Attitudes Toward Temporary Employment
註釋The present study investigated the attitudes that a sample of permanent state employees working in the United States (=100) held toward temporary employment. A simultaneous regression analysis revealed that certain demographic variables differentially predicted attitude scores for the sample. The researchers found that age, level of education, and household size predicted attitudes toward temporary employment. A full inter-item correlation matrix for the attitudinal measure including internal reliability estimates and descriptive statistics for all variables measured used in the study is included, and the simultaneous regression results are reported.
