Sheepshead Bay
註釋"

Sheepshead Bay" is composed largely of prose poems. Although Sheepshead Bay is a real place in Brooklyn, and the author's birth place, these poems are not really "about" that time or place. Rather, they address a larger life that we merely intuit, but cannot grasp for long. If these poems can be said to have a subject, it is love, desire, happiness and loss. .,."an exhilarating range of experience, packed with the stuff of life." - Charles North
