註釋Abstract: "If not carefully orchestrated, complex decision making can be an ad-hoc, chaotic, and error-prone process. These traits originate from, among other things, inaccurate and incomplete data, lack of expertise, and tight time constraints. Within the field of expert systems, methods to capture a human decision maker's expertise are well developed. These methods focus on the knowledge regarding the decision making process, and how it is used. In some cases the information defining an individual problem is as complex as the expert's knowledge of solution methodologies. When this occurs, easy to use and adaptive data acquisition tools are needed. It is this class of problem we address here. In this paper a shell for creating dynamically constructed questionnaires, and an illustrative example, will be presented."
