Hansen Haggquist, and instructions on tanning hides and their prices. Oversize document relates to the legal organization of Dike District No. 3 of Skagit Co. and names land owners affected. Other oversize material consists of issues of newspapers such as the Seattle Post-Intelligencer, the Skagit News, the Mt. Vernon News, and the Puget Sound Mail from the 1880's-1912.
