註釋Innocenti Social Monitor 2004 reviews recent socio-economic trends in the 27 countries of Central and Eastern Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent It looks at economic growth and child poverty and the fact that although there has been growth across the region there are still many children suffering deprivation. The second section examines economic integration, the labour market and children and finds that economic growth has been concentrated in new EU member states but there is still the phenomenon of jobless growth and considerable variation within a country. The third section looks at migration trends and policy implications and the last part covers young people and drugs.
