الملخص:

تهدف الدراسة إلى رصد وتحليل آثار الأزمة المالية العالمية على الدول النامية، مع توضيح التفاوت في هذه الآثار بين القطاعات والدول المختلفة، وقياس آثار الأزمة على خطط الإصلاح والتنمية في الدول النامية، مع دراسة تطبيقية على الاقتصاد المصري. وتُلقى الدراسة الضوء على السياسات المتخذة من قبل الدول النامية لمواجهة الأزمة، ومدى نجاعتها في التصدي لها، وذلك في محاولة للوصول إلى أفضل هذه السياسات وأكثرها فاعلية لتخطي الأزمات المالية في الدول النامية مستقبلًا، بالإضافة إلى تطوير آليات التنبؤ وإدارة الأزمات في الدول النامية ومصر. وتأتي هذه الدراسة لتسد نقصًا ملموسًا في مجال البحث العلمي في دراسة تأثير الأزمات المالية على الدول النامية، وعلى الاقتصاد المصري، وتحاول أن تسهم في فهم هذه الآثار والآلية الملائمة لمواجهتها.

تنقسم الدراسة إلى بابين مسبوقين بفصل تمهيدي، تم تخصيص الفصل التمهيدي لدراسة طبيعة الأزمات المالية في الدول النامية، أما الباب الأول فتم تخصيص الفصل الأول منه لدراسة آثار الأزمة على القطاعات والأنشطة المختلفة في الدول، والفصل الثاني لدراسة آثار الأزمة المالية العالمية على مصر. أما الباب الثاني فتم تخصيص الفصل الأول منه لدراسة مواجهة في الدول النامية، وخصص الفصل الثاني لدراسة مواجهة الأزمة العالمية في مصر.

Abstract:

The study aims at monitoring and analyzing the effects of the global financial crisis on developing countries, clarifying the disparities in these effects between different sectors and countries, and measuring the effects of the crisis on the reform and development plans of developing countries, with an applied study on the Egyptian economy. The study highlights the policies taken by developing countries to respond to the crisis and how effective they are in tackling them to reach the best and most effective policies to overcome future financial crises in developing countries, as well as the development of forecasting and crisis management mechanisms in developing countries and Egypt. The study aims to fill a significant gap in the field of scientific research in studying the impact of financial crises on developing countries and on the Egyptian economy and trying to contribute to understanding these effects and the appropriate mechanism to confront them.

The study is divided into introductory and two chapters, the introductory addresses the nature of financial crises in developing countries. The first chapter divided into two sections. The first section studies the effects of the crisis on different sectors and activities in developing countries, The second section studying the impact of the global financial crisis on Egypt. The second chapter divided into two sections. The first section studies the global financial crisis policy response, The second section study the global financial crisis policy response in Egypt.
