Rethinking the EU's Eastern Enlargement and Neighborhood Policy
註釋The stagnating EU accession process needs political will and procedural changes allowing eastern candidates to advance. In the meantime, they should be more supported to use the full potential of existing opportunities for gradual economic and sectoral integration with the EU. This paper is structured in two parts. The first deals with the revision of the EU’s enlargement policy and the second with the revision of the EaP. It concludes with policy recommendations. This paper develops four arguments.
