Social Policy Frameworks in Canada
註釋Social Policy focuses on the systematic evaluation and response to social changes and needs. It refers to the decisions taken by government concerning goals for society and means of achieving them. Over the past few decades the way that policy gets made has drastically changed and although policy development was never exclusively a government undertaking, the way various stakeholders relate to one another in terms of policy development has also changed. This report is in response to a growing interest amongst Federation members in more actively engaging with policy development and the perceived need for more robust and comprehensive policy frameworks to guide future policy development in BC.
