Toward a Political Definition of Juvenile Delinquency
註釋Currently, the American juvenile justice system is going through a period of critical examination, both by its practitioners and by those working in the fields of crime and delinquency. The ultimate aim is to correct any defects in the system and to expand those efforts that most successfully help young boys and girls. This publication examines the juvenile justice system, especially the relationship between that system and those most affected by its decisions. It is being published by the Youth Development and Delinquency Prevention Administration in order to present to as wide an audience as possible current thinking on an important aspect of delinquency prevention and control.
