Letter from Philip Henry, Place Not Specified, to Francis Tallents, 1693 April 28
註釋Discussing the deaths of two of his grandchildren; saying "he gives and takes, as he pleases, and why should he not? During the whole year of Infancy they are in the valley of the Shadow of Death, but til a month old they were not numbered. The lesson we are learning by it, is to Rejoyce with Trembling;" adding "I am now not much worse from my fal, tho at first it was threatning; need of Special Protection always."
