Theory, Practices And Management In Construction
註釋

The concept of construction management proposes a framework of construction industry that defines the behaviors which enable construction activities and firms become efficient in an effort to give that basis. Perhaps the authors goal is to enhance the efficiency and standard of building products by providing a rigorous theory centered on a toolset of ideas and connections. An essential part of the suggested theory is the assumption that enterprises produce a product, as opposed to the traditional CM method in which contractors deliver contracts. In this way, the book seeks to achieve a comparable goal by shifting the focus of CM from individual projects towards the organizations that carry them out. This book mainly covers all the topics related to construction theories and management, some of them are like Construction Project, Importance of Construction and Construction Industry, Construction Project Management, Project Organization, Structure of Construction Organization, Ethical Conduct for Engineers, Construction Economics, Evaluation of Public Projects, Client’s Estimation of Project Cost, Types of Estimates, Construction Contract, Classification of Engineering Contracts, Construction Planning, Project Plans and many more.
