This is the second book of Cai, Caitlin, Taliesin and their family and friends. Cai has cemented his position in the Welsh National Museum and has become a family man.There have been new archaeological sites to explore and Taliesin is proving a boon helping his father.There is the usual intrigue within hallowed circles of academia, but thankfully Cai is not overly effected by such things. But pressure begins to show on other members of the Pre-History department. With no invitation he suddenly finds that a Celtic god takes an enormous interest in his life and family, but nearly causes his son and his friend to be attacked by wolves in modern Twenty First Century, However the same deity, saves the life of Caitlin in more than one way. There is joy, sadness, bereavement but overall happiness and contentment in this book.
