Forks of the Hurricane
註釋It has been said that in life, the path that leads away from one's roots, also leads back. In her very first book, Lana Jean Johnson, shares a look back on her life with bittersweet, and at times, painfully revealing detail concerning family, relationships, religion, and the future. As if in playback mode, she shares memories of meaningful places and tales of special people that she holds close in her heart. She shares in great detail tragic events involving personal loss, heartbreaking disappointment, and the unwanted consequences it brought. Through it all, Lana has managed to stay upright and afloat; although at times, listing badly and floundering in a proverbial sea of uncertainty concerning her future and family. By looking back on her path into the past, Lana has found a new path forward, where love, hope, enthusiasm, and appreciation for life, once again fills her heart and mind with joy and renewed optimism for the future. Born in Jacksonville, Florida on April 18th, 1943, Lana Jean Johnson is a true product of the South. She has deep family ties to South Georgia and North Florida, the two places that make up her roots. She currently resides in Middleburg, Florida. Keith Kildow April 8th, 2008 Long Beach, CA
