Moffat Family Cookbook
註釋Cookbook kept in Glasgow and Dalkeith, Scotland, and New York City by four generations of women in the Moffat family, ca. 1798 to the 1850s: Sarah Hogg, her daughter Jean (Mrs. David) Moffat, Jean's daughter Mary, and also Susanna Moffat. Recipes cover a wide variety of desserts, puddings, sauces, meats, pastries, etc. Includes a typescript written in 1953 by Susanna Myers, descendent of the original owners, that describes the cookbook.
