Set against the backdrop of the Second World War and the Third Partition of Poland. A simple Polish farmer finds his life changed forever when the German Army decide his wife is a Jew and must relocate to the Warsaw Ghetto.
During the Ghetto Uprising of 1943 he rescues her but is injured in the process. Only meditation and creative visualization (taught to him before the war by a mystical teacher and member of the Warsaw Theosophical Society) saves him from a slow and lingering death and helps to review his life and come to terms with grief.
This is the story of two families and their connections; both physical and psychic. Explaining how love can be a tool to overcome evil and change our individual realities.
