MOSAIC 1 is appropriate for students who score 440-450 on the TOEFL (Test of English as Foreign Language), 135-145 on the CELT (Comprehensive English Language Test), 50-60 on the Michigan Proficiency Test or 65-75 on the Michigan Placement Test.
