Report of the Provincial Auditor to the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, 2004, Vol. 2
註釋In this report, the Provincial Auditor measures the financial condition of the Saskatchewan government by using indicators from a research report commissioned by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. The report first measures whether the government is living within its means, then measures the government's flexibility to meet rising commitments by increasing its revenues or increasing its accumulated deficit. Finally, it measures the extent to which the government relies on money from the federal government to pay for existing provincial programs. Conclusions are reached regarding the state of provincial finances. The appendix sets out financial information & analyses in question & answer form, and includes comparisons between Saskatchewan & other provinces.
