In the Public Interest?
註釋Over 300 temporary groups have been set up by the Government since 1997 to advise it on a wide range of policy reforms. The majority of these involve people from the private sector. This study provides clear evidence that both the government and the private sector value this collaboration in the development of public policy, although they have rather different motives and aspire to rather different results.
