Let the Wind Blow
註釋Life is full of ups and downs but it is fuller and more satisfying as long as we keep God in the forefront of our lives, by praising Him, praying, and living for Him. The following book is full of poems that talk about rough times and about praise to God. If you forget to praise God even during the rough times that feel as if a tornado is blowing through, than you are missing out on God showing up in the midst of that trouble. Many of the Psalms were written during David's roughest times in life, but most every Psalm talks about it being rough but God showed up and David praised Him despite what was going on. And it is said that David was a man after God's own heart. I think it was because David found the secret to a full life in God, that is he realized that no matter how rough things got as long as God showed up everything was gong to be okay. David understood that sending praise to God is like sending a flare up to Heaven letting God know where we are but no matter where we are that we love Him and are still confident in His care for us. Life may feel like a whirlwind, tornado, and hurricane at times. You may feel like the wind of life is going to topple you down, but take hope my friend and stand with me and declare, "Let The Wind Blow" for I am standing firm in God and in His promises and though everything may be blown away, I will still praise Him. I pray that as you read the following poems that you will be charged and encouraged my friend.
