註釋Jonathan Waggaman (1679-ca. 1724)--son of Hendrick Gillissen Waggaman and Winnefred Schin of The Netherlands--was born in London, and married Margaret Elliott in 1707. They immigrated to Accomack County, Virginia, and later moved to Somerset County, Maryland. Descendants and relatives lived in Virginia, Maryland, Washington, D.C., New York and elsewhere.
