Lou Fine (Louis Kenneth Fine 1914-1971) is one of the most sought-after artists of the Golden Age of Comics, though he only spent about six years drawing for the comic book industry. His work on the Quality Comics characters --- The Ray, Doll Man, Uncle Sam and The Black Condor are considered by many to be the best work of the day.
