Abbott's "Upland and Meadow," 1886, to "Mrs. Joseph A. Hill, with affectionate regards, and birthday congratulations, of her friend ... Copse Hill, Ga. Nov. 17th 1889"; and correspondence to "Mr. Stoddart" and "Mr. Ward" (the editors of Lippincott's Magazine of Popular Literature and Science) re purchase and publication of poems that include: "The Wind's Way," "Seed of Love," and "An Easter Paean."
