The Umbrella Alberta Primary Health Care Project was created to further advance primary health care by informing the practice of primary health care in Alberta and future policy development. This booklet describes the scope & diversity of dissemination activities carried out under the Project. The introduction contains background on the project and its funding. Part I is an overview of key dissemination events including conferences & publications. Part II lists dissemination activities project by project, including conferences & presentations, publications, demonstration & evaluation projects, and dissemination outcomes. The final part describes other complementary initiatives such as the Health Innovation Fund, the Alternative Payment Plan Initiative, and the Alberta Medical Association Services Budget Innovation Fund.
