註釋This report analyzes in detail how new techniques for using electricity more efficiently, and new ways to deliver that hardware to the people who need it, can provide a no -losers solution to the Grand Gulf problem. The study assesses hundreds of new ways to generate "negawatts"-- saved electricity -- in 34 major uses, while doing the same tasks as well as now or better. The study does not try to forecast how fully or how fast this hardware will be used, but rather gives a menu of practical, proven options Arkansans can use to capture much of their energy efficiency potential quickly and with high confidence.
