This is an account of the career of Brian Hagger with emphasis on development of leadership and faith while at two independent schools in Adelaide. He was provided with many opportunities in the first half but came to a point where he felt there must be more to life. He looked to God for a response. God's response was gradual until January 1984 when Brian was introduced to the spirit of sonship. It culminated with an encounter with God. This gave him fulfilment for the rest of his life, 15 years of which he was Headmaster. Sonship leadership amounted to waiting on the Lord, hearing his voice, obeying it and trusting Him for the consequences. It is Brian's hope that his book with be a signpost for others to operate in the spirit of sonship.
