The Provincial Auditor has a mandate to report annually on the fairness and consistency in reporting of the Province's financial statements and to disclose accounts or essential records improperly maintained, and on monies spent without due regard to economy and efficiency. This annual report contains comments on cross-ministry and special audits, comments on ministry and crown agency audits, the public accounts of the province, the Office, the Standing Committee on Public Accounts and a list of exhibits, including the status of previous annual report recommendations, and orders from the Management and Treasury boards.
