The book Engineering Entrepreneurship is a material that is intended to provide motivation, learning, and application to the young mind of college students in the engineering discipline. Toward this goal, the book is to contain the principles and concepts, motivation, and practice in entrepreneurship for the engineering graduate or the graduates
To realize the goal, pertinent sections were included in the book in the order of relevance. Covered were relevant conditions or events which were realized or participated by engineering graduates, engineers and practitioners. Chapter 1 was developed to cover the items under the key terms, namely entrepreneurship in engineering, entrepreneurial mindset, innovation and ideas, products and services, and team formation. Chapter 2 covered the content for the key terms as follow: customers, value proposition, market identification and analysis, and creating competitive advantage. Chapter 3 includes business models, introduction to intellectual property, and execution of business plan. The chapter before the last one, was meant to provide the content for the topics such as financial analysis and basic accounting, and raising capital. The last chapter was intended to cover ethics, social responsibility and globalization as well as the development in the fourth industrial revolution and the relevant entrepreneurial efforts of the current time.
