This is the annual report of the Corporation, established in 1988 to promote and stimulate economic development in northern Ontario by providing financial assistance for single-industry communities experiencing economic disruption; development of new technology, especially in the resource sector; and for small businesses to begin, modernize or expand. The Fund is a 12-year, 360 million provincial commitment in annual installments of 30 million. Financial statements are included.
