Coping with Food Allergy
註釋Abstract: In this revised edition, the original intent of making food hypersensitivites comprehensible remains, embellished by new findings developed during the last decade. The belief by allergists that food allergies are on the increase has in part motivated the addition of up-to-date informational apprendices. Some of the topics covered are: characteristics, symptoms and hazards of food allergies; milk, eggs, and wheat allergies; and food additives. Menus, an extensive recipe section, and resource appendices are included.
