A Study of Protection for Battered Women
註釋This report contains first-hand accounts from battered women of their experiences with the police and legal system when they seek protection. It provides an account of how professionals from systems such as the legal, health care, and social welfare systems respond to women's requests for aid. It presents accounts of the character of that aid by the professionals themselves, their assessment of the services they provide, and their views of their responsibilities.
