Petition for Satisfying the Claims of the Citizens of the City of Philadelphia, 1830 March 30
註釋Manuscript, signed, from various citizens to senators William Marks and Isaac Barnard, in support of "A bill to provide for the satisfaction of claims due to certain American citizens, for spoliations committed on their commerce prior to the year 1800." At the time of the letter the bill was pending before Congress.
