註釋
Mn's abilty to make differential and absolute judgments of remotely handled masses was invesigaed under simulted weightessness condtions. An analysis of the results revealed: () remote handling under weightlessness conditions produes increments in jus-notceable differences which are roughly proportional to the mas of the remote manipulator components involved in handling the stimulus objects; (b) differential sensitivity for mass can be improved by increasing the accelerative force imposed upon the stiulus objecs; (c) absolute jugments tend to be less under weightlessness condiions for either direct or remote handling; and (d) remote handling tends to prodce greater and more variale estimates of both weight and mas.
