Sweet and clean historical fiction with a modern twist

Miss Rebecca Tarleton is taking her shot to beat the gentleman at her father’s annual hunt festivities. The event offers a unique occasion to showcase her archery and equestrian skills and the opportunity to make her peace with the forest, which nearly conquered her many years ago.

Before the games begin, the sudden arrival of a gentleman for whom Rebecca has long had affection gives her a chance to persuade him to see her as more than a childhood family acquaintance.
