註釋Die vorliegende Master Thesis behandelt die Anwendung des Werkzeugs der Statistischen Prozessregelung (SPC, Statistical Process Control) bei der Herstellung flexibler Verpackungsmaterialien am Beispiel der Constantia Patz Ges.m.b.H. Dazu werden zunächst theoretische Grundlagen der Statistik, der Regelkartentechnik und der Prozessfähigkeit behandelt. Nach einer kurzen Vorstellung des Unternehmens, dessen Produkte und Technologien, erfolgt, anschließend an die Darstellung der wichtigsten Materialspezifikationen, die Erläuterung der praktischen Umsetzung. Abschließend werden die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse diskutiert, interpretiert und zusammengefasst.*****This master thesis deals with the application of statistical process control (SPC) during the manufacturing of flexible packaging materials using the example of Constantia Patz Ltd. First of all, theoretical basics of statistics, control charts and the process capability are discussed. After a short and compound presentation of the company, its products and technologies and the description of important material specifications, the practical realization is elucidated. Finally, the findings are discussed, interpreted and summarized.
