註釋A letter dated Aug. 20, 1993 from Tracy Baim of Lambda Publications of Chicago to Colleen Marzec of the Washington (D.C.) Blade contains terms of use for photos provided by Lambda. A paragraph regarding fees is highlighted in yellow marker. It was apparently returned by Marzec with her handwritten note that the photo ran in the Blade's Aug. 27 issue and that a sample of the page was sent. A second documents lists the duties for an office manager at Lambda publications, with a handwritten note in black ink stating that start time is 9:00 am.
