The textbook starts with presentation of carbon nanotube field effect transistors (CNFETs) and nanowires applied as biosensors. Then we go to a little larger dimensions but very low energy starting with adiabatic logic. Energy harvesting is continued by discussion of thermoelectric technology, electromagnetic waves exploration and use of human motion.Adding photovoltaic effect to the above collection we consider the spacecrafts and its power supply.
