Volume 1 begins the edition of protocols of the Congresses of the Communist Party from the founding to the VII. Congress, intended primarily for party professionals. In addition to the actual protocols of the first two congresses, the first volume also contains notes sent to the congresses, organizational rules and a complete list of participants in the constituent congress. The texts of the reports are published in their original form with some technical adjustments in the choice of font, with spelling adjustments according to today's standard and corrections of printing errors.
