註釋The more than 140 papers presented here fall into three categories: invited survey papers, synopses of poster presentations and short oral presentations, and reports on special integrated studies. The synopses are grouped according to the Conference programme: 1) Transport and deposition 2) Vegetation and soil 3) Water quality 4) Aquatic biota. Investigations on acid precipitation and its ecological effects are typically of an interdisciplinary nature. We have tried to emphasize this by presenting together papers on research results obtained within integrated, regional programmes.
