Information Technology that refers to the convergence of computer, communication and content technologies plays catalytic role in emergence of new socio-economic applications. Need of introducing Data Analysis and Computer Application as SEC Paper to all the undergraduate students. It was needed to build problem-solving skills among the students just before they enter the professional courses. And this book has been published as per the CBCS Syllabus.

The purpose of this course is to introduce basic computer skills to students at UG level in non technical subjects. After completion of this course, the students are expected to acquire some basic knowledge about computers and to develop some basic skills in using computers for data storage, compilation, analysis and presentations.
