註釋
Open strategizing relies on the involvement of employees, stakeholders, external experts or competitors in strategy formulation, implementation and execution. However, there is an identifiable gap in research regarding the perspective of blending organizational drivers and environmental uncertainty with the dimensions of open strategy. This research fills this gap and contributes to the open strategy stream of research by verifying the impact of organizational factors (i.e., organizational creativity, creative climate, innovativeness) and environmental uncertainty on two dimensions (components) of open strategies, namely inclusiveness and transparency.Using a stratified random sample and deploying the CATI technique, we interviewed 384 companies from the creative industries in Poland. The results of structural equation modelling unveil positive and significant directional links - though diversified in terms of strength - between open strategizing dimensions and two factors: organizational drivers and environmental uncertainty.
