Letter dated June 14, 1838 from Brigadier General W. Floyd in Cedar Town through Brigadier General William P. White, Chief of the Staff to Captain Isaac Vincent, commanding officer at the Cedar Town post for Cherokee removal. Floyd orders Vincent to determine if any local Cherokees remain at large and if so to capture them immediately. He also tells Vincent to send all imprisoned Cherokees to New Echota.
