To increase transparency in the regulatory system for pesticides, the Agency is establishing a list of pest control product formulants and contaminants of health or environmental concern. This document describes the proposed approach and criteria for establishing and maintaining the list. It also describes how the list will be used and how it will affect existing policies or programs, including formulants and research policies and the Own Use Import Program.
