Meals for Work cook book is an experience of cooking traditional fine dinning meals with only the use of a microwave, and a hot plate to keep my culinary skills alive. My recipies would be the focus of Northeastern, and southern american style of cooking. My reciepies would also include a representation of mexican style cooking with a Japanese sushi fine dining style of plating techniques for presentation.
