註釋This narrative of Robert V. Graham's life was written by John C. Hughes from an oral history interview that Mr. Graham gave to Hughes in 2014 titled Robert V. Graham's Not-So-Simple Twists of Fate. This narrative was written in 2015 as part of the Legacy Project for the WWII 70th anniversary titled Washington Remembers: WWII-- their sacrifice, our freedom. The Project included personal accounts from 9 individuals about their contributions and experiences during WWII. Included in this project is Faces of Heroes, which allows individuals to share an image to honor a veteran.
