註釋Abstract: "This report summarizes the results of a workshop on software performance tools for parallel computer systems, held October 2-4, 1991 in Santa Fe, New Mexico, jointly organized by the Los Alamos National Laboratory and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. During the previous 1988 and 1989 workshops, we recognized a pressing need for a continuing exchange of ideas on performance measurement among various groups engaged in high-performance parallel computing. These groups include those involved in the design of hardware and software for parallel systems and those who explore the usefulness of such computers.
